Data We Collect

Phone numbers, consent timestamps, IP addresses, consent method (web form, QR scan, wallet add), and the company you associated with.

How We Use It

To send the SMS notifications you explicitly opted into, and to maintain records of your consent and opt-out requests.

Who We Share With

Twilio (SMS delivery). No other sharing or selling.

QR Code Scans & Review Matching

When you scan one of our QR codes, we record the time of the scan, which code and branch it was for, and which review site you were sent to — and, if you scanned a technician’s personal code, which technician. This is used to route you to the right review page and to credit the technician who helped you. If you allow location, it is used once in your browser to find your nearest branch; your precise location is never stored or shared, and scanning works without it.

If the business uses ServiceTitan, we read their job records — customer name, technician, and completion time (read-only) — solely to match a review to the technician who did the work. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

Right to Know: You may request what personal information we have collected about you, including your phone number and consent record.

Right to Delete: You may request we delete your personal information. Email support@vehix.app. Note: opt-out records are retained as required by law.

Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Do Not Contact: To be added to our Do Not Contact list, reply STOP to any message or email support@vehix.app. Your request is honored within 10 business days. Records of Do Not Contact requests are retained for 10 years.
