How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message. We will honor your request within 10 business days via any channel you use to request it (text, email to support@vehix.app, or web form).

Help

Reply HELP to any message or email support@vehix.app.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is never required to make a purchase or receive services.

State-Specific Rights

Residents of Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Washington, Virginia, Connecticut, and Maryland may have additional rights under state law. Contact support@vehix.app for details.

Data Retention

Opt-out records are retained for a minimum of 5 years. Virginia residents: 10 years per state law (SB 1339).
